SPECIAL ORDER
The category Special Order creates a custom non-stocking order.  All orders placed under this tab are final at the time of order and are not eligible for Return Goods Authorization (RGA).  Any On Demand item that is ordered and to be Out of Stock by the vendor will be removed from your order.  Your account will be credited for the non-stock item.  You will receive an email notification from the Customer Service Department notifying you of the Out of Stock item. The remainder of your order will continue to process through under normal delivery guidelines.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Master Card, Visa, & Discover credit cards. All sales are final.

SALES TAX
Any purchases in the state of Iowa will be charged applicable sales tax. If product is delivered outside of Iowa, it will be the responsibility of recipient to pay any applicable use taxes, if necessary.

ADDING TO/CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If in review of the Shopping Cart you may continue Shopping and add to your order. If you have clicked Submit Order and receive Thank you for your order, you would then need to submit another order

LOGO DESIGN ON APPAREL
Logo decoration detail for each item can be found on the item image. Pay close attention to the detail as it will show the logo, its placement and color as it appears on the item.

RIGHT TO PROMOTION

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of your order placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display promotion.

Q What happens if I received my Special Order order and discover that I
    ordered the wrong size/color by mistake?

Q What happens if I order an Special Order item that is out of stock?
A
The item that is out of stock will be removed from your order. Your account will be credited for the non-stock item.  You will receive an email notification from the Customer Service Department notifying you of the Out of Stock item being removed and a credit will be provided.  The remainder of your order will continue to process through under normal delivery guidelines.
