PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Master Card, Visa, & Discover credit cards. All sales are final.
SALES TAX
Any purchases in the state of Iowa will be charged applicable sales tax. If product is delivered outside of Iowa, it will be the responsibility of recipient to pay any applicable use taxes, if necessary.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is determined by the cut off dates of the program. Orders will be processed and shipped, approx. 12 days, after cut off date to the School.
ADDING TO/CHANGING YOUR ORDER
After the review of the Shopping Cart you may continue Shopping and add to your order. If you have already clicked Submit Order and received a Thank you for your order, you would then need to submit another order.
LOGO DESIGN ON APPAREL
Logo decoration detail for each item has been set by St. Augustin School.
SHIPPING
Items ordered on the Company Store are shipped directly to the St Augustin School for disbursement. (We are in no way responsible for delays of your order resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, weather conditions, power failures, or acts of God. Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for timely deliveries).
DAMAGED OR FLAWED GOODS
Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If any of the items arrive damaged, save all packaging and damaged goods for inspection. Immediately contact Anne Schunmaker, anneshumaker@msn.com to report any damage. All damage claims must be made within 7 business days from receipt of goods.
RIGHT TO PROMOTION
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of your order placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display promotion.
