- Made to Order items (Vermeer Mountain West Men's, Women's, and Outerwear) are customized just for you and typically ship within four weeks. Because of the personalization, these items are non-returnable.
- Quick Ship items are in stock and ready to go — they’ll ship out the same day or next business day. Just look for the Quick Ship icon!
If an item you order is out of stock, we’ll reach out by email and issue a refund.
