Q: Can I add to an order I just placed online?

A:If you just placed your order and need to add something, give our Customer Service team a call at 877-494-6433. We'll do our best to help if the order hasn't gone into production yet.

Q: How do I know my order was submitted successfully?

A: After placing an order, you’ll see a confirmation screen with your order number and receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam folder—or feel free to contact us.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

Q: What if my credit card is declined?

A: If your card is declined or invalid, the system won’t allow the order to go through. No payment means no order is placed.

Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card information online?

A: Absolutely. Our site uses encryption during checkout to securely protect your credit card information.

Q: What if my product arrived damaged or flawed?

A: If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing issue, please refer to the Policies link at the bottom of the site or contact Customer Service. We will work with you to resolve it.

Q: What if I order the wrong size or color?

A: All sales are final due to customization, so please double-check your color and size before placing your order.

Q: What happens if something I order is out of stock?

A: If an item isn’t available, our Customer Service team will reach out with alternate options.
