RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA)
If you need to exchange your merchandise for size, please contact Customer Service at 877.494.6433 or email@example.com and request an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You will be responsible for the return freight. Upon receipt of your RGA shipment, we will process the RGA and ship out the correct size via stock order unless a return shipping method is required. All RGA's will be processed the next business day from receipt for in stock inventory.
The category On Demand creates a custom non-stocking order. All orders placed under this tab are final at the time of order and are not eligible for Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Any On Demand item that is ordered and to be Out of Stock by the vendor will be removed from your order. Your account will be credited for the non-stock item. You will receive an email notification from the Customer Service Department notifying you of the Out of Stock item. The remainder of your order will continue to process through under normal delivery guidelines.
We accept Master Card, Visa, & Discover credit cards. All sales are final and include standard UPS shipping charges. (See Shipping)
Any purchases in the state of Iowa will be charged applicable sales tax. If product is delivered outside of Iowa, it will be the responsibility of recipient to pay any applicable use taxes, if necessary.
Production time begins 24 hours after receipt of your order.
ADDING TO/CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If in review of the Shopping Cart you may continue Shopping and add to your order. If you have click Submit Order and receive Thank you for your order, you would then need to submit another order.
LOGO DESIGN ON APPAREL
Logo decoration detail for each item can be found on the item image. Pay close attention to the detail as it will show the logo, its placement and color as it appears on the item.
Items ordered on the Company Store are shipped UPS Ground Rates based on items weight and size. Expedited freight services are available for an extra charge. (We are in no way responsible for delays of your order resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, weather conditions, power failures, or acts of God. Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for timely deliveries).
DAMAGED OR FLAWED GOODS
Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If any of the items arrive damaged, save all packaging and damaged goods for inspection. Immediately call Customer Service 877.494.6433 to report any damage. All damage claims must be made within 7 business days from receipt of goods.
RIGHT TO PROMOTION
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of your order placed, we reserve the right to use any item produced by us for display promotion.
